I was a regular gym goer. Then it became my passion and lifestyle. And I strongly believe that I can inspire you to make the same change.

Weightlifting and powerlifting plays a huge part in my life and to me it’s not about throwing plates around. I am teaching proper form and technique so you can feel confident and have knowledge to become independent and confident in what you are doing.
